Same here. May be its the rainy weather in my town. Or that friend of mine who only talks about girls.
The path of nofap or anything worth doing is not made of rose bed. It is full of hurdles. I am facing many challenges. Sometimes it feels smooth.But sometimes I almost relapsed. Exercise helps to calm down urges.
We must remember why we started.At day 147, urges don’t have much power over me. Still I am not playing with fire. Because we can’t fight fires of sensual pleasure but we just have to rise above it.
When I was in starting days of nofap i wrote this one
I don’t want to remain average all my life.
I don’t want to live with average physique.
I don’t want to live with skinny arms.
I don’t want to live with tummy fat.
I don’t want to work for anybody other’s dream.
I don’t wanna remain average.
I want BEST of myself.
I want to know what I can create if I put my 100 percent.

Day 16/90 . Almost relapsed due to being tired and no sleep, YouTube…then I remembered I got to write here, and it felt like a bell of mindfulness.
