Cyberfunk's Diary [16M]

Here I will document my urges and if I successfully controlled them, as well as steps I am taking to improve myself mentally and physically.

Habits I would like to form:

  • Reading books consistently
  • Walking outside for 20 minutes daily
  • Make progress learning in Cybersecurity daily
  • Waking up at 9 AM / Going to bed at 11:30 PM
  • Only using my phone for 3 hours a day maximum

Day 0 Entry
I relapsed a day after my initial post, and I fell into a mindset that I didn’t even need to quit. I am luckily back into the right mindset. To stop myself from falling into this way of thinking again, I will be researching and taking notes on what addiction does to people. I will also be thinking deeply about my personal reasons on why I want to quit, as I think they are not fully fleshed out.
