I faced urges twice last evening, but i managed to control myself. And today at around 3 am , i woke up and had urges ,i edged but i didn’t relapse.

Around 7 pm and 8:45 pm i faced urges, i edged for 10 seconds but i controlled myself because my father called me that time :laughing:, thanks to my dad he always helped me but this time he unknowingly helped me to get out this trap :heart: .

My urges won’t let this thread die :sweat_smile: .

Today was an very amazing day for me, i was fighting with my urges during day and i encountered 3 or more urges in day time, i wanted to watch p, but however i managed to open my gallery and started to listening “the legend of Hanumam”, theme songs and i controlled it also in night i encountered 2 urges but instead of watching porn i watched those videos of lord hanuman. It was the battle with myself, i think i am making myself stronger by kicking on the d*ck of the demon.
