Completed my 30 days today. I have a problem with me that whenever I see that naked stuff I release without touching myself. My friend tagged me at the post of a model on Facebook and she was naked completely. Release was going to happen automatically, I diverted my mind and survived. Social media is a poison these days. I’m deactivating my accounts from there.
But the good thing is somehow I managed to come at 30 days of no fap. I m happy. Much more to go

The problem may be your friend who sends you nude.
Either block him or delete social media for some weeks.
Whatever you see comes in your thoughts
