JOURNAL AIM AND GOALS
This year will be my comeback year. It must be so strong, so that everyone will be surprised.
The journal will include semen retention, workouts, foods and tasks I will focus.
I don’t know how my progress will go & if I will be able to give my best. But I will try and give my best.
Every week and month, there will be insights of overall perfomance and how I perfomed.
Summary
Woke up late because went to sleep late. Couldn’t do much tasks. I had things planned today but became lazy after morning. Soon became an couch potato and went to vaccinate friend as an dog bit him few days ago. Took few hours to come home. Basically nothing much happened today.
I am lagging behind well, but I know I will overcome. Procastination and the heat is the problem. When heat kicks in and drains your energy, you feel absolutely drained. I will clear all the tasks one day. It will be soon.
Today after gym, I saw ducati 821 monster and it made me really happy and satisfied. I am an big fan and love superbikes. One day I hope my dream will come true to owning one.
At gym, I am perfoming very bad. Can’t even lift 5 kg properly. I am weak. I need to eat and lift more but due to not having an proper info about equipments and diet, it makes even harder.
Your own profile says “Building decipline”. You won’t become the person you want to be just because you have decided or wrote about it. You have to take steps in that direction, even if it’s a small step. Decipline builds on the graveyard of comfort.
