Reading the book The Hero with a Thousand Faces - Joseph Campbell.
Doing well at the moment. I went to run this morning and felt good after. Try also to limit my Drinking only in the evening and have some Days off ( Here in Italy the wine is too good ). I found that if I don’t drink I’m more able to concentrate and be in control. Peace.
