Convicted in a good way by this as I reflect on my relapse earlier this morning. No porn, thank God, but still a moment of selfish indulgence, and a grasping at futility. I look to Him who is our deliverance and my hope is restored. Day 1, 0 days of sobriety.

Checking in, last couple of days really have been very difficult. Urges are getting harder to control and almost everynight I dream about sexual stuff. All this is not helping but I’m still hanging in there.
