I failed! I just relapsed. My mistakes was not following routine and Surfing only on phone. @Forerunner u told me right. I usually was not taking the phone in night when I sleep. But This time I went with the phone in room. Bad thoughts came and relapsed. I think I should follow my routine very very seriously! I was not good in my work in this streak. Sorry brothers! But I will again starting and my new goal is nofap till new year and then again another year. I am taking it positivity.
Another reason was I was not socializing with people. I spent whole day in my room alone. So I think I have to change this pattern also.
Need some motivation from u guys! Hope I will do better this time.
Thanks Man for the great talk Experience as i see.
I will do my best.
Day 1 has passed quickley without any disturbance
Hope you all here do your best and leave all on your god.
Best wishes
@Ritesh_k99 You’re doing well, brother. Find something healthy you can do to lift your spirits. Speak to good friends, listen to music, watch a fun movie. Appreciate that you worked for 4 hours. You can always do better next time.

All good. I’m doing well too, feeling a lot better phisically and mentally!
Looking forward to begin working, my first day at work was postponed because I need to take the Covid test before going for my first day at the office. But no big deal, in a few days I think I’ll be able to begin my new job!
@anon67854825@Forodwaith@Forerunner glad you like the book boys, I am really enjoying it too, it is teaching me a new approach to tackle this addiction and in the past I really never thought of PMO in the same way the book does, it is great!
@Sicily Everyday is a chance for a new start brother, we’re with you.

Hey guys!
Somehow i made it back on track - having a streak of 30 days now without PMO and alcohol (which often was a trigger for me). My goal is to get “sober” till the end of the year and never ever PMO again.
But for the last few days I feel the usual urges arising. It is getting harder to control my thoughts. Any practical advices from you guys?
Cheers! Good to see you make progress!
We have to focus on the power of now.so,Don’t let yourself be worried about the future
Just work now and the counter will be with you.
Just make it perfect day perfect moment cause every single second is counted.
A week or so ago, as edged I noticed something like pulling a cloth over my head. In the book, it’s mentioned; pmo creates a void, it does not fill a void, but creates it.
There aren’t disadvantages to not pmo, because there aren’t any advantages to pmo.
I’m enjoying the growing freedom inside and out even though it’s only two days in. I had some urges yesterday but was about to say no with a full heart with when I was buzzed from drinking.
