Diary Challenge - Day 1 - Canada - Thursday

Had an awesome day, got up early because had internet re-hooked up (funny story, canceled same company prior 3 days to sign up again for awesome deal lol). Got 7 hours sleep before technician came which normally I set my alarm for 9 hours but 7, I still function at 80%. Only side effect of getting less than 8 hours is I really have to make sure to eat enough & not go to down the rabbit hole of my business/YouTube education etc. Thankfully did my best because I remembered I needed to do this. I give myself a 95% grade for managing my mental & physical health today.

Discovered a new service I can sell on Fiverr. Back burner for now, working on making android apps with appsgeyser to not really make ad revenue, more to gain ASO skills (SEO but for app store), then in 6 months when my apps are ranked well (hopefully less) I’ll have a portfolio to show clients on Fiverr which I could then start selling ASO services.

For now my Fiverr gigs are passive income. I make around $100 CAD per month ($70 USD).

Spiritual wife (married, just not legally) went grocery shopping. Even though I went yesterday, I sent anyways as that’s one of my 3 personal dev goals in working on with a best year ever course I’m taking…1. Have my first $500 month on Fiverr by Dec 31 2020 - Habit - spend at least 15 minutes per day creating new gigs, marking things off todo list, eventually build website to drive traffic for good off page SEO etc.
2. Become a healthy weight which is at least 145 pounds, maybe more as I’ve never been over 145…140+ i feel great, hovering at 137 kicking ass past month. - habit: get off at Walmart bus stop when going to my place for night, get like 4 things basic essentials like chicken fingers, spider Man pasta, armstrong cheese strings, pastry etc to fatten up. (I realize generally it’s not smart to eat junk to gain weight… However, I’ve been starving myself not intentional because my stomach shrank when I was in welfare… Honestly never had good coming for myself skills since I left my parents 7 years ago even though I am a good cook… Just laziness which led to an eating disorder…I was eating like 1000 calories per day, 1500 cals is bare minimum for organ function. Most men need 2500-3000 calories a day, woman 2000-2500 (the old 2000 a day was proven not enough)) hense why I’m eating 2/3 junk food for 2-3 months to expand my stomach…i love healthy food, my dad is diabetic, i refuse to turn out like him, he’s on a great path to reversing his and only got diagnosed 6 months ago.

It’s just that I wasn’t eating enough… Spinach isn’t much calories lol.

Anyways, there’s my tangent more deep background about myself, as the days go on I’m really going to work on keeping my posts TLDRable as I have ADHD and shortening down my speech is a huge goal for me… It’s tiring even for my SO, let alone friends & aquaintenses. Luckily I know I can do it because with my online business I’m pretty good.
