Yeah man I know that. That’s why I don’t count it as Relpase. But still, I want to Reboot in hardmode to Rewire my brain. Have to stop perv thoughts from emerging abt anyone other than my girl (had massive leakage few days back, but didn’t Reset due to exact reason)
I don’t know what I’m doing, Edging that day made me feel weaker now. Have to get myself back up again.

Week 11 - Oct 12, Sat - Streak: 48 days

No urges again today. Minor triggers here and there as usual but nothing to be noted as the X technique always gets rid of them.

I haven’t been checking in for significant period of time.

But thank God I am clean at those moments.
There were times when I feel the urge
But I always remember my commitment with this group.

Those day when I am not checking in, I never forgot to think about it and to try keeping myself clean

I am near the 50 days mark soon

Going strong. I had a chat to a close friend about embarking on this journey and he couldn’t understand it. He believes fapping is beneficial. This didn’t persuade me at all, I came up with more reasons to continue.

Week 49 - SunDay 7 - Oct 13
Very Boring Day. I’m feeling like I have fallen into the pit again & I don’t hv the strength to come out of it. I’m just laying there (not enjoying it). Feeling Weakness in my body too.
In 19 days, my appetite was also getting good. Cuz everytime I lose semen, my stomach aches & digestion crumbles.
So, I started morning walk again before the Edging day. Now didn’t stop even after leg pain.

Every relapse destroys part of us; the person we could have been if we had continued. With every surrender to the urges, we hand over our power to them and make it easier to relapse again the next time.

So many years I bought the lie that if I was going to quit for the rest of my life, surely one last time wasn’t going to hurt. No - I was only reinforcing the addiction further and further. I was telling my brain that PMO was deeply important to me; keep sending me more pornographic flashbacks, more withdrawal symptoms and strong urges. And it was killing me on the inside.

When we take a stance and say no matter what, this is the line in the sand I refuse to cross, things change for us. We regain control over our lives little by little every day with each urge we conquer.

Week 11 - Sun, Oct 13 - Streak: 49 days

All good here. Realized that all the calc hw I had been working on this weekend was due next week. So relieved :joy:. Guess now I’m ahead.

No urges today. It’s becoming quite a long stretch of quiet. Too quiet. At the same time though, I wonder if my repelling of the everyday triggers is what’s helping me to have peace right now. Maybe because I am getting them at their root before they take hold. In previous streaks I never stopped the urges at the beginning, so they could have easily developed into the urges that I succumbed to.

Start of a new week tomorrow. Let’s make it a clean one!

And yes, after reading your’s & @octaveLower 's Response, these 3 days I’ve been looking for an exercise to suit me best.
I needed something that would take little time but still be effective enough.
Then I found it.
Burpees
Heavenly or devilish, maybe both. :joy:
I stumbled across it on Quora, in a post from the top writer Sean Kernan

Burpees might give you the benefit of an entire gym workout.
They save alot of time (2 minutes max),
are a full-body workout,
And they Shred fat like crazy!

They do the thing for me.
Race my heart, make me air-hungry.
And I don’t feel sleepy anymore!
That’s exactly what I needed
But they are painful!
It’s like you get struck by lightning or something :joy:

Do 50 of these bad-boys, you might get ripped in 2 weeks or less.
These also make urges go away fast :fire:
Since you feel the muscle pain everywhere on your body.
Each movement you make reminds you of discipline.
The pain is bearable, but neverending.
It might go away with consistency I guess.
I’m satisfied, finally :relieved:

Getting ahead of work is surely one heavenly feeling! :heart:

I’ve been busy, and I still am.
Exams are so close, I’m trying to manage as much time as I get into utilising it for studies.

Meditation, burpees, & Studies. This cycle is running on repeat.
College is turning more & more frustrating, but I’m keeping calm :shamrock:

I’m getting so worked up that I’m forgetting so many little things, more often. Even ridiculously silly things.
Since I’m early rising (4 AM) plus not sleeping anytime during the day, I’m also sleep deprived. But I know my body will adapt. I want it to.

I’m keeping a digital journal and just storing all the selected positive thoughts from here, rewriting in my own words.
