Oh so only you can update that.
Week 45 starts On or After 9/09 as you put :+1: in my streak, so is it for 9, 10 or 10, 11 ?

Oops, I edited the previous post after you answered

@rowdy_nik you are welcome to edit.
But it’s very easy and a habit of mine now, so don’t worry :+1:

As for the week - it’s always 7 days - Mon/Sunday for everyone.

But how and when you Check-in is your choice

For example @BruceLee just Checks-in on Sunday with "Mon, Tues, Wed etcetera all good" :+1::+1::+1::+1::+1::+1::+1:

Oops, I edited too it after.
Actually, you updating it is better as I think there’s a difference in our time zones.

Yeah, timezones can make it difficult :joy: very haha… So thank you for pointing that out.

Always good to put the Day - even if it’s 2am and you still haven’t slept, you can say it’s still the same day

Yeah that can be confusing sometimes. So I will post as per my current streak you updated. Also, can I link my check-ins to my diary or vice-versa!!

@rowdy_nik You can Check-in for yesterday (Monday) if you prefer to make your Poll tidy with :+1::+1:
 How was Monday?

You can Check-in for past days if you want.

Week 7 - Sep 10, Tues - Streak: 16 days

@Forerunner thanks man! Staying strong. Also congrats on reaching 90 days! That’s freakin awesome, and having read your journals I can see it was not an easy feat. You have worked hard for this and it has paid off! Stay strong man, I wish you luck in reaching your next big goal :+1::muscle:

As for me, today was good. Ran into a raunchy looking video game on the Steam store page today. I stopped at it for half a second and moved on. I used those same lines I did before and I was able to restrain myself. In the past, I would have told myself “well it’s just a peek, I’m just gonna look, nothing else”, but not this time, I was like “ya no it’s not just a peek, that’s a relapse.” Felt really good!

Getting closer to 18 days!

Day 90! :smiley::pray:t5::raised_hands:t5:

“Believe you can, and you’re halfway there.” Theodore Roosevelt

On Day Zero, I wrote down that that was it. Rock Bottom. I wasn’t going to relapse anymore. My life would be transformed a year from that date. The words terrified me to write. I didn’t fully believe it, but I kept going.

When day 3 came around, I dug deeper. I wrote down exactly how I felt at the moment. I investigated how I viewed myself, my past failures, constant relapses and broken commitments. It took over 7 A4 pages, but I gained self-awareness, courage and renewed motivation. I forgave myself for the past and pledged once more that I would move forward. This time with a new self-image, I believed in myself. I promised to do things daily that would reinforce that belief and help it grow, so I could genuinely make the words I wrote down come true.
