Day 3 - Mind totally blocked. Didn’t study much. Or rather, couldn’t study much. Felt requirement to watch porn to make my mind normal. That’s what addiction is. But I held on. Didnt watch any porn and kept myself busy. Didnt edge. Hopes this brain fog goes away.

Yep, All you have to do is Check-in with the day of the week, so I can update.
= missed days
= Check-in
= relapse
I put for Monday, 9th
And for Tuesday 10th (your joining day)

As for the week - it’s always 7 days - Mon/Sunday for everyone.
But how and when you Check-in is your choice
For example @BruceLee just Checks-in on Sunday with "Mon, Tues, Wed etcetera all good"
