Did meditation today.
Reached Day 1 but the urges are super strong. But was able to overcome it.
Well , I slipped again . Going to start Meditation. But I need some advice regarding sleep problems during the night. Its was the main reason for my previous relapse.
I would be happy if anyone can throw light regarding this …
Use digital detox app. It is permanent lock app with a timer. Set the daily time for your phone lock . And be truthful with yourself.

idk much, but u can not use any screens before sleeping, say 30 minutes
Have a daily sleep routine, set an alarm to go to sleep at the same time every day
And alarm to wake up
I didn’t do any good habit today
I’m greatfull I have my family, there are many things I don’t have to worry about like food and shelter or money or job, cause of my familyme growing up we weren’t close, but now things got better I’m greatfull for these parents doing everything to know get to know me, to help me out with all my problems.
Habits/things I want to do daily (I still don’t):
Workout, practice, work
Today , Even though I was not able to do well in discipline, I am grateful that I didn’t lose hope and I am ready to learn from mistakes.
Lesson I learnt today : Do the thing that we hate the most first. Because if we were able to complete it. The motivation associated with it persist on the remaining part of the day. So I will do Meditation before exercise from tomorrow onwards.
