correct. Sorry for the delayed update, I needed some time alone off the forum.
yo bruh.
Wanna enter a challenge with me?
I am also just starting fresh again
.
I am generally not that interested in challenges but since it’s with you, we both will benefit I believe.
let’s do it.
Till March 21st?
That will be about 3 weeks. Good enough springboard to go further.
Cool.
Till March 21st it is.
Wanna tweak the challenge? Like not just streak but some other good hobbies too, overall betterment kinda thing.
okay.
At least 6 workouts/exercise days a week
At least 3 hours of deep work per day
Sleep by 10pm (for me. You can alter it for you if you want)
My goals by the end of this challenge:
- 21 days streak minimum
- Complete draft of my second book
- Complete studying ENT videos for this year
You can take the same habits or alter them if you wish
For me sleeping before 12 am, this’ll suit both my home and job routine.
Apart from this since I am at home till 7th March,
So till then daily workout (either gym and or playing, if I can’t do either then hiit with dumbbells at home).
Daily reading for atleast 30 minutes.
Daily guitar practice again for 30 minutes atleast.
Daily praying/meditation.
Travelling day will be rest day from everything I’ll try finding time for prayers atleast and during job I’ll skip reading and guitar but follow the rest.
Oh I remembered that my next job period ends 22nd March, 23rd I’ll reach home so it’d have been better for me if our challenge lasted till 25th March (it’s Holi that day, double celebratiom hopefully if we complete this challenge successfully).
As much as I am a fan of staying hard, I haven’t gone 6 days a week for quite some time now maybe because of studies and all.
If it doesn’t interferes with your studies and doesn’t makes you have less energy for more important tasks, then you can go 6 days a week.
I used to workout everyday before gate since month, I worked even before gate exam in morning. It boosts your focus, conditions applied.
I think once I am done with college classes I can do it easily. From next sem very few classes will be there.
And bro, I think I want to connect with you in some other platform too. If you are willing to, tell me which platform works for you.
I push myself since childhood. I appreciate the concern but don’t worry since I’m a student athlete. I have the stamina. Although I do sometimes outwork myself and fall ill, I have gotten better at avoiding that. Pretty much every week I’m doing exercise at least 4+ days of the week unless its close to exams. By that I mean at least 2 hours basketball or gym. If you do it for a long time you’ll get the stamina. When I was around 14-17 years I used to play basketball 4 hours continuous while attending school as well
that’s where I got the stamina from for athletics and gym.
correct. I did the same for NEET.
Brings back good memories. I remember you posting your workouts on your diary during gate prep.
If have lot of agility and stamina in that age that’s why.
Now, I will get tired after 1 hr.
don’t get what you mean by this
How th I wrote if in the first place ![]()
I wanted to write “we” in place of “if”
Ohh. I get it now.
I understand what you mean. But don’t underestimate the human body. Stamina and agility of that age is nothing compared to our current age if you keep training. That’s why consistency > intensity. Even now if you keep training I think you’ll find out that you’ll be able to get a lot more stamina than you think.
I have way more stamina now than I had then. It’s like legos, you build one on top of the other to go higher.
Another reason why masturbation freakin sucks. Drains all the stamina. On high streaks you will be overflowing with energy.
I never had a three digit streak back then so maybe I can get better results.
Was sleeping 5-6 hrs continuously for 4 days still never felt sleepy.
Had a little stress too but still man I was able to easily tackle it.
yes exactly. All these brilliant effects you are facing are the things you feel when you are not jerking off. I had that on my higher streaks and I’m working on getting back to it. You are at a very good place, keep going.
May almighty forces protect me from evil jinks and evil eyes.
@Anand2000 how’s you doing ?
4 march
