Yes brother I understand that. We have to destroy every single reason we come up with to justify fapping. We have to laugh in their faces. My point was, if you think about it for a little bit, we can each see that our rationalisations are utter and total bullshit, just like the belief that the Earth is flat. Laugh about all these justifications, then let them go…:smile:

Bro @Duran I have tried this only for 2-3 days… You just have to Avoid Tools to achieve Instant Gratification ie, Mobile Games , ■■■■, binge watching Webseries Randomly for hours, YouTube Scrolling for hours without purpose, Social Media Sites etc… Constantly doing these cause boredom and kill many hours

So instead of This You just have to set priorities for important(productive) activities of Life and prepare yourself mentally for Delay gratification, To inculcate Your habits to good one Keep Small Goals to replace bad ones and Rewards (Your Favorite YouTube video you want to see, Anything you want Which excites you in POSITIVE WAY ) after achieving Small productive goals… Slowly New habits were developed and you can reduce the Amount of dopamine secretion

Note- huge amount of Dopamine for a long period of time causes Boredom to normal Activities… You might understand from Increasing Crave to Watch ■■■■ or drugs… Because it releases more Dopamine than other activities in single go
