Actually I was very confident on my best streak of 26days Iam full on regret I watched so many hollowood movies which made trigger and some porn scenes in my mind made me to the end.Iam not sure about moving on

I want to suggest you to do meditation( which clears your mind from those scenes which are looping in your mind) and try to motivate you whole day for nofap like…you can analysis your mistakes… you can study about nofap… watch videos etc. Jusy do it whole day…like you have a exam on nofap tomorrow.
This develop some seriousness in you again for nofap( in this statte of mind…many things happen…yoj know chaser and all horomonal change due to relapse after a long time and we do not feel that much seriousness for it till we get exhausted from relapse and watching porn)
You already know everything… what i told you but after relapse we cannot connect that much so i am just reminding you and telling you that you can do it again.
