I have been trying no fap since about May now and I cant break 7 days. Recently I have been getting more and more serious about it and when I reach the higher days I feel sick. My body becomes stressed and it gets hard to breathe. All I can think about is PMO. All i want to do is break that week mark. Then from there I can move on and to further things. Does anyone have an advice how to surpass this? I have deleted all social media as there are many triggers. I have limited phone usage and only watch TV on it. I just get so lonley I start going to things that give me happiness and my brain always tricks me into PMO. I need help.
Believe in yourself. Have a strong thoughts. Most of what you saing above has the negative side. Look at it… “i can’t”, i feel sick. Change it.
Find a purpose that will help you spend your day correctly and get better you of the area that you chose beside no fap.
All you need is strong mindset. Feeling guilty won’t help you either.

I’ll just share u wat helped me
1.try waking up by 5 max in the morning and do something productive
( the reason being if u have some task to be completed start doing that task and u ll feel so happy that u have more time than the rest of the world as u woke up early while many are still sleeping which gives u positivity)
2. Exercise is mandatory and most do a bit of yoga and pranayama( pranayam exercises are ntg but breathing exercises and they help a lot that’s what happened with me)
Try exercising twice daily as it will help in channeling ur energy
3. Never eat stomach full as it starts to make u lazy and u dont feel like doing any effective work . It’s fine if u have a bit less than what u are hungry coz u have minimum of 3 times a day
4. Practice meditation everyday…
5. Whenever u get the urge just leave whatever u are doing wash ur face with cold water and then sit in some different place close ur eyes take deep inhalations and exhale slowly through ur mouth( u can find this in pranayam and this actually helps in calming ur brain and distracting u)
6. Stop watching any sexual or erotic content ( u have a life time to enjoy many things with ur loved 1 so just try chucking it)
7. Read books of yogi where they have described sexual urges and importance of semen retention )
And try to adopt a new hobby like guitar or music or anything .
8 try to finish ur meals at night b4 7.30and try sleeping by 9 or 9.30 and u will be able to sleep since u woke up early and exercised twice and donot sleep in the afternoon because it may lead to lack of sleep at night and hence might lead to relapse

Guarding yourself of triggers is essential for get away from Pmo addiction and not just for 90 days, but for the rest of your life, for this the following measures must be adopted:
UNINSTALL INSTAGRAM OR DISABLE SOCIAL NETWORKS THAT MAKE YOU FALL
At least 50 percent of falls I hear in social media come from instagram
even if the person doesn’t follow any instagram model, Instagram puts them without you asking for these models on your screen, it happened to me on social networks and I know it must have happened to you too
Beware of netflix, opt for other streaming services that have fewer triggers, netflix is champion in triggers!
By the way , I recommend you exclude netflix and anothers movies and series with heavy triggers forever
Watch out for some news sites, know where you step, yes have serious sites of news without triggers
And on the street don’t look at women who are dressed provocatively, as this will lead you to fall hours later (as it enters your mind through your eyes and your brain will use it against you later), look away you don’t have to look for none of these triggers
So the principle of Guarding Your Eyes is when you see a trigger anywhere, whether in real or virtual life, immediately dodge the trigger and focus on details around you, breathe 10 seconds, hold the air for 10 seconds and release in 10 seconds do as many times as necessary, if it doesn’t help, take a cold shower to get you back to normal, know that this will pass, this pain is temporary and happens to everyone, especially at the beginning of the reboot, see this as a beneficial pain from surgery taking a tumor (in this case addiction)
