So this is bull, i am 23 , I have tried many a times to stop masturbation, but the longest i have gone is for 6 days , that too because i didn’t have access to phone or internet for those six days, but yesterday something happened. My mom said to me i don’t know what is happening to your face, you are becoming thin and thin everday even when you eat a good diet. So i masturbate like once every 2 days, but i think now’s the time puy a stop to it. So i am starting my journey here. Wish me luck guys.(•‿•)(•‿•)
So today was my 1st day, i started looking for the cause of it, and i want to share with you guys a technique which helps you find cause of anything. Its called 5 why technique, In this you ask your why you did something and when you find a secondary cause , you again ask why, so repeat this again and again and you will get to the root cause.
So i find out i mostly relapse because i found something erotic on insta or sc , so today i just scroll through ig and sc and unfollow everyone whom i was just following because of there body. Thats all now i am going to sleep…
Good luck bull, I’m sure you can break your masturbation addiction. And if you want to get rid of that addiction you have to change your lifestyle and mindset to make it easier to run nofap. You have to get used to sports, divert your mind from pornographic things, and certainly you must have a strong intention for what you are to stop this addiction. Like you want your life to be better, from that reason you can motivate yourself to stop nofap. I also recently did this nofap, let’s fight together to get rid of this addiction.

The reason why we are thin, is because of loss of essential vitamins in our body caused by masturbation.
And for the streak thing, I will suggest you to be unproductive during the intial days.
I will suggest to watch series to keep yourself busy.
Some best series suggestion : Harry Potter and Deathnote. These are the best series of the century.
Initial days are hard, trick your brain and once you cross 15 days streak no one can stop you from getting to day 100.

Hey there everyone , today was my 2nd day.
Started the day around 8 am ( yeah kinda late) . Took a bath , prayed foe a little while. Attended a meeting at 10:00 am. And then i was free for the whole day ,that is where my problems started. So the whole afternoon i had urges coming and going, but i everything under control . So to counter that i just sit with my family rather than being alone. But the urges eased as the day slipped towards the evening. So till now pretty good. And to top everything i kept unfollowing every snapchat and insta account that aroused me or fed my urges.
Overall the day was good. Hope the night will be good too.
EXercise and meditate , it will help to curb the urges .
23 dec (3rd day)
Today is difficult. I am feeling so many urges. Just my mind kind of playing with me asking why you doing this , just go and do it. I have just barely controlling my mind to get through. I feel like something is building up inside of me, my stomach feels different. I don’t know much i am just saying to myself “not today”
All advices are welcome.
Don’t give in to the urge brother. Your mind keeps telling you that you deserve this but afterwards you feel the guilt and depression. Don’t give up for this temporary pleasure.
