Plus period after 90 days especially betwenn 90-120 or so is quite hard in these terms, that’s when most of the people end up giving up. Maybe because 90 days is most of the people’s goal and when they complete that they become lenient, instead what can be done is to be more vigilant and disciplined and keep looking forward to further goals like 120 days 150 days so on, I also rarely crossed this stage but I know this could work.
