Check in Day 3
I stayed away from wasting time on screen today. It was dopamine detox. I felt bad at first but now I feel better. I feel more in control, more myself.

How can a person stay depressed if he stays close to nature and away from artificial stimulation. The closer he is to nature the happier he will be.
