I relapsed today and yesterday, feel really depressed and shameful about it. My longest streak has been 21 days since I discovered the topic of semen retention and brahmacharya.
I cannot even live in ignorace of my sexual immorality with this new knowledge that I can’t unlearn.
I think this is what I need, a challenge, something to keep me accountable.
I will post here everyday for 33 days to let you all in on my journey.
