The desire to have sex is the most strongest impulse we have and no matter how much it weakens us physically, mentally or spiritually it exists and comes at us when urge is very strong. What is Semen?

Semen is more than just chemicals. It is the life force that is constantly being produced in the body and being used for Mental activities, physical activities and spiritual knowledge. Semen is not just for procreation (babies) or for sexual pleasure, it is the potent force that gives all our organs, muscles, sensory organs the ability to perform their respective actions.

It is the fuel for functioning of the body. Semen impacts everything right from innermost part of bones to outermost layer of skin. Any problem in functioning of these may be caused due to a lack of enough semen reserve in the body. Just like money used to buy material happiness in world, semen is a resource used by body to do it’s job in the best manner.

How is Semen produced in body?

Human body is composed of 7 interconnected layers which are cyclic in nature. They are:

  1. Consumption process of food juices or the digestive mechanism
  2. Blood
  3. Muscles
  4. Fat
  5. Bone
  6. Bone Marrow
  7. Semen
  8. Ojus or The Light

After consumption of food, each layer takes about 5 days to transfer the end result to the next layer, hence taking about 35 days to reach Ojas. As this cycle keeps repeating with the accumulation of Ojas, the entire process becomes more and more efficient and at the same time protecting from negative energies and diseases. Semen ejaculation breaks this cycle and the process will need some recovery to get back to optimum.

How is Semen stored in body?

Most people think that Semen is stored in the Seminal vessel and is released at time of ejaculation. However, Semen is actually stored throughout the body in all muscles, bones, etc and is collected from those parts at time of ejaculation. (In my experience also, I used to feel weakness in my legs and muscle ache on the day even if I just edged without orgasm).

This disturbs the blood circulation and body has to go through the work to again collect it in those parts.

Why Semen needs to be retained after productions?

Retention increased physical and mental strengths. The body gets smooth and shinier and there is less brain fog. Concentration becomes easier and attention span becomes longer. It helps body absorb physical and mental stress.

The presence of semen causes a protective layer to be formed inside your body and around your body. This layer causes the glow around the face and body (by reflecting light). When depleted, this protective layer gets thinner and creates pores resulting in a darker aura since it cannot reflect light anymore. These pores and holes also allow external elements to penetrate body and cause problems. (Much like Ozone layer and radiation from Sun)

Too much masturbation is creating semen dehydration or deseminisation of body which weakens various body parts like bone marrow, bones, digestive system, muscles, skin, etc.

Shouldn’t the old sperms be discarded to get new ones?

Most people think that old sperms are thrown away by the body and by masturbating and releasing both sperms and semen, they are helping the body. Actually, these sperms are not thrown away but rather converted to help body increase it’s abilities. Specifically, the ability of WBCs to fight infections comes from matured converted sperms.

This recycling of sperms help in body’s natural enrichment. Hence sperms are best kept in body rather than being wasted. The very fact that JUST 1 SPERM can create a human speaks volumes of it’s potential. All the cells in the body get’s recycled by breaking it into components and consumed in some process.

In the Universe, everything is recycled and reused and nothing is free that can just be WASTED. Wastage only adds to the cost, efforts, problems, and time, because what has been wasted has to be somehow recovered to bring back the balance and the perfect state.

This loss is realized in old age especially because the reserves have been depleted due to over-masturbation in younger years. This depletion is not realized in younger years as there was plenty of reserve accumulated in our life. Growing up, the puberty hits after the body acquired minimum strength required. Semen doesn’t just appear out of thin air at puberty, it was being accumulated, recycled ever since birth and that was what increased the physical and mental abilities growing up. Does Semen regeneration duration differ based on age?

It takes about 30-40 days to restore the lost semen but more than the recovery of lost liquid, it’s about the loss of compounded gains. Also, the process of regeneration slows after age of 35 and stop at 60. This number varies according to frequency of masturbation every 40 days, lifestyle habits, etc

What would happen if there’s low or no semen in the body?

Just like blood is required everywhere, so is semen. And just like body doesn’t overbuild blood, it doesn’t overproduce semen, just increases the quality for optimum functioning. Lack of proper semen quantity will disrupt functioning of body and allow diseases to creep in.

Can workouts/ physical activity help regain lost energies faster?

They do help in regaining lost energies but the key here is to conserve the newly obtained energy and not waste it away. Urges also get stronger and would require more discipline and will power on our end to fight them.

For how long must one retain semen in body?

For as long as possible. Think of retaining semen like investing and earning interest. In this case, there is interest on interest and it keeps adding up.

What is semen and how it is used by different layers?

For semen to do best of it’s job, it needs regularity, good food intake, adequate sleep, exercise, etc. Following is just an elementary understanding of semen’s work in different layers of body:

  1. Digestive System: Like a good food juicer extracts maximum juice from fruits, good semen helps in extracting right ingredients from food. This is the first step in the cycle of layers and needs to work at it’s optimum to fulfil requirements in other layers.

  2. Blood: Semen keeps right amount of thickness, composition, pressure and strength to circulate throughout the body.

  3. Muscles: Right substance and strength to the muscle. Helps in fast recovery.

  4. Fat: Keep the right amount to continuously provide energy to the body. Also keeps the joint lubricated to prevent wear and tear.

  5. Bone: Low semen makes the bones brittle and prone to osteoporosis. Good semen will keep the bone cells nourished.

  6. Bone Marrow: Semen keeps the right composition of WBCs for good immune function and also various growth hormones sent where required.

Only what is CONSUMED should be discarded and not what is created by the body. Energies in the body when wasted disrupts the natural cycle, recovery and the protective layer around the body. Semen is also good for good bacteria and lack of it encourages bad bacteria.

What is included in Ejaculation?

3 types of fluids:

  1. Precum: To clean internal tube of penis and make way for semen and sperms
  2. Semen and Sperms: Mixed together real time i.e. just before ejaculation and then come out together. Semen is major portion of fluid and carrier and protector of sperms.

What about semen ejaculations at later age?

Post 40-50 years of age all forms of strengths start lowering in the body and semen ejaculations will only speed-up lowering of strengths, weaken the person faster and invite more diseases.

All the ado about masturbation?- Is it really good or rather worse?

Many people today and even major science journals on the internet term it as good but almost all preexisting theories and during the existence of humanity, it has always been considered bad not just for physical health but also has consequential effects of mental health and spiritual enlightenment.

People who know about ill effects dont speak so much on the topic whereas people who propogate that it is good is given a voice on internet and articles (yet to know why people in power are pushing this narrative). Also, people dont think rationally but rather based on experience and they see that nofap is difficult and dont even wait for atleast 30 days to see the difference and also incorrectly blame the ill effects of masturbation on something else.

Why do we feel guilty and ashamed after masturbation?

On a subconscious level, we know the loss that we have brought to ourselves for petty pleasures. We lose a part of ourself, essential nutrients and sense of dignity. Some momentary fun is not free and comes at a huge cost.

Are energies lost forever after masturbation?

Yes and No.

Yes: Upon ejaculation, that semen is permanently lost.
No: because one can recover it with regularity in life, good diet, exercise, positive mindset, etc but it will take 30-40 days or even more.

This doesn’t mean that people can do PMO every 30-40 days since semen is recovered. Compounded gains are lost and those potential faculties in body remain unexplored and dormant. And lost semen is lost semen and the physical, mental and spiritual benefits which just start developing stop and wait for next recovery.

Eating generates continuous energy so why 40 days?

Can we edge and play with penis and testicles without ejaculation?

It will trigger reactions within the body and can make various body fluids, penis and testicles unstable. It will take some time to come back to normalcy. There are high chances of huge seminal discharge the next time there is an ejaculation or even nightfall.

Masturbation is the abyss and whirlwind that can lead a person towards gradual self-destruction.
