I have successfully quit a lot of addictions, including cigarettes, weed, alcohol, social media. However, porn and masturbation are now what I’m struggling with. I relapsed today and then discovered this app and forum. I decided to make a diary here to share my thoughts and routine! My goal is 90 days at least, and ultimately never fapping again in my entire life!
