Some parts are clean like the main streets, other than that it totally depends on the locality 
like one place u will not see any dirt, 10 step aheads a full locality throwing their dump outside.
And I don’t blame the people, it’s the government’s fault for creating such mismanagement. They don’t come to take the trash on time, no dusbins in public. Uncleans pavements, it’s all grass, it’s not footpath lol, who will even walk on it.
People have to walk on roads instead

I have seen it myself when I was coming back from metro, I lost the way so I approached a lady on the station, she got scared. It was late night around 10:30 or something. I just needed to ask direction since my phone lost charge. Then we travelled together we were going to the same place, fortunately. She told me she thought I was going to harrass her. Like dude, I told her noo, I won’t do that you are like my older sister.

Delhi is not that much bad really they made it over in reality I saw girls going late at night without problems as long as they are in areas full of people they are safe
