Ya you didn’t. Turns out you were too busy unexpectedly. But you should have journalled on weekends at least.
You didn’t exercise all year, but you did in vacations. Not bad.
You didn’t read self improvement books because you didn’t have time, I’ll give you that.
You played the piano whenever you could.
And you didn’t get enough rest.Except for this summer, you took enough rest which is nice.
However on nofap, the most you got was 7 days.
I think the more I become older, the more dumb I become. I still can’t believe I was reading this trying to understand its meaning today after 1 year.
