Best way to achieve goals and keep you occupied

Hello everyone I am on day 91. Many people go for fap when they have nothing to do. Even when you set big goals mind is not ready to accept. , so I read a book one small step at a time it is a kaizen technique. You don’t need to work out 1 hour or mediate 1 hour . One small step implies a small step to achieve your goals like just do 10 pushups 5 mins of meditation. . Keep your self occupies to avoid fapping . Empty mind is a devil’s workshop #kaizen
