It all comes down to your will power.
I stopped using phone for 4 months. It was hard but I did. The result was, I could barely hold the urges for 2 weeks. Then my brain started giving me evolutionary ideas about using computer, laptop instead, or go to cafe. I hooked up to my laptop. So long story short I failed at that idea.
So don’t try to force yourself into anything that won’t work out in the long run. Instead take some ideas from guys who have reached like 10-40 or 90 days. Cuz the withdrawal symptoms are pretty much the same in everyone.

Your mind will play tricks on you and make it seem like pmo is okay to do. Or even remove the block you put on. Thats a famous move ive pulled. Dont let this take over and remind yourself its not.

I don’t think that there is a really good solution to block ■■■■. What I tried was “Change DNS (no root 3G)” which did block all the sites. This combined with an app lock to keep you from changing things on your DNS would be a solution. But I didn’t find an app which keeps me from just uninstalling the DNS app.
