Why I want to create a group - 30 Days Nofap Challenge is for the “Intermediates in Nofap” :sunglasses::sunglasses::sunglasses:, just as Back to Basic-1 10 Days Nofap Challenge was for the "Amateurs in Nofap":baby::baby:

CONDITIONS APPLY: You must be on DAY 10+ for participating here in this group since this group is meant for the intermediates in Nofap journey.

NB: If you relapse, it means that you are at Day zero and hence you don’t fulfill the conditions anymore to be a part of this group. So you will be removed from this competition and won’t be allowed to take part in unless and untill you are on Day 10+.

I can prove you wrong , I started from day 0 now I m in day 7. I will go to day 90 without relapse. All I have to do is keep myself busy for 90days… I will use that time to productive works.
P.s my highest steak is day 7 now , earlier it was day 4.
No offence brother just challenging myself out of the average.:blush: U guys r my inspiration

Join this group after you are on day 10+ ok dear. Proving me wrong or right is not my concern. My concern is just to help others as well as myself get out of this shithole, this hell, this gutter.
