@Elendil I feel phenomenal bro. Day 18 or 19 was the turning point for me: Been eating clean and working out like a beast. That in turn gives more energy to put toward other productive habits. It’s great.

regiments are a big part to keep the ship from sinking, i learned that first hand as well.
Im good, flatline approached me but it does only in days. The “dark days” as i call them. It’s better that it’s just one day at a time not a whole week of “darkness”, i would lose my shit and probably my streak as well. Wanna do daily check ins with each other here? 
Yeah man I’m down. Not sure if I’ll be able to do them literally every single day, because, you know: life.
(Plus I’m limiting screen time in favor of doing stuff ‘IRL’ lol)

Thoroughly upset. Really saw myself having 90days by 2020.
I fully intend to bounce right back however.
I mean that: I’ve got some time off from work so gonna stay with a friend in NYC (im in USA) for a week or 2. Crashing on their sofa so Won’t have any privacy at all really. No space/time for the Chaser effect to occur. Wish me luck man.
