Starting off September with T W O days streak, 120 days left to the end of the year and let they become significant to change for better.
I wish I could begin 2020 with clean mind.
Fell off this app for a while.
Back at it again, taking it 6hrs at a time (literally). Day 3 today .
Realised exercise is SUPER important to keep energy levels and focus. Can’t allow myself to go more than 48hrs without a workout.
Second most important (for me) is Meditation, but just 3-5mins every other day is enough.
Fun fact @ReloadingSacks => if I stay clean for the rest of the year I will be EXACTLY at the 120day mark. So, I’m with you on that train bro🤙

The 6 hour block tactic is working pretty well.
-i just make a promise to myself that I won’t indulge in triggers nor masturbate in that time.
I need to be able to trust my own word so I never break promises to myself. That’s why I would never promise something wild like “90days!”
But 6 hours?? Yeah, I can do that
