In long run it will damage your body bro… waking up after 8 am is one type of sin.
1 Marker : I slept @ 6 AM in the morning.
5 Marker: No denying it’s good to wake up early but concept of 8 is limited to Earth only not the actual space we reside in.

Atleast better than sleeping 4 hours a day but honestly waking up early is a good habit but some time our routine changes because of other things as long as we can adjust it , sleeping after 8am doesn’t matter like if he is a security guard
