now a week is complete I’ll try to be more consistent on checking into the form was busy in something else these days so no urge till now and no nightfall as well my sleep is improved a bit these 2 days

relapsed day before yesterday’s night after losing some good amount of money in gambling which I promised myself last year I won’t do but my emotions were not in my hand that day and i was certainly stressed after losing money

Don’t do it at all brother it’s addictive, many lives get ruined by it .

You can donate some money to the people in need when you feel like gambling, you will feel content and that will give you much more dopamine and happiness than risking your money. Blessings and good karma will be cherry on the top :pray:!

you’re absolutely correct and for donating it might help someone rather than all of it going down the drain
I used to be guy who used to mock people losing money over gambling over 4-5 years back and now when I am one of them I realize the value of money now only and how many ways I could’ve used all that money in better ways
I still regret it and always will so only thing we can do now is to work over ourselves and improve each and every day deleted all the apps now back to grind

never did direct betting in casino or these apps except for stake app once i think but in stock market while trading options or intraday on expiry days initially I didn’t think it was gambling even when I was in loss slowly and slowly I went in for revenge trades whenever made the loss and slowly realized I was just burning cash and stopped it altogether and now sticking to just confident investments now… I’ve recovered almost all of the money that I lost 1 year ago by investing and trying for ipo’s and now 2 days ago got the urge for trading again then went and lost
