Yk , I brought the protein powder and all. Iāve thrown it away. I had a shit argument with parents. It even went as dramatic such that my mom said " Give me some toxin before u eat that rotten powder " etc etc.
I threw it . But I became a non vegetarian after leading 6 years of vegetarian lifestyle. I ate egg and chicken today
gains coming your way natural protein is always better
the advantage is if you eat rice during meals you can really reduce the rice part and increase the non-veg part
why did you throw it then?
even if you didnāt want you could give someone nearby. Iām not sure if this is applicable based on the brand but you can even give it to poor people (just confirm this). Indian govt itself gives some to poor people especially when pregnant since they have protein defecits
workout I can share if you want in dm
diet plan I usually alternate between eggs and protein shake, nothing else because Iām in the college campus here so I eat what the mess serves unless I go out with friends
But since Iāve been learning about this some time I can help you with a diet plan if you need.
You know what, no offence, but considering your circumstances I think sometimes itās better to not tell them everything youāre doing, honestly. It seems more a hindrance than a help in your case.
I only use natural protein. Peanut butter, milk, nuts, fruits (banana especially) blend. Quick smoothie thatās high in protein. If you add protein powder it will become even higher.
Thatās not how parents should react. You know that was the right thing, but they didnāt listen to you a bit. Instead of learning they are imposing their own things on you.
Well, good thing though they are allowing gym and non-veg.
But still, this actually is a lesson to take decision yourself for yourself, you should not have let them throw it. The least you could have done is resold it. You canāt just obey them for your lifetime when you know you are right.
