I am planning to do one thing. I am going to equate my habits to stats in an RPG game.
I have 6 stats , Attack , Armor , Intelligence , Willpower and Speed
Attack - Strength training at Gym , Passive boost for completion of task
Defence - Taking care of body , eating healthy , sleep on time , passive boost on gym
Intelligence - Study related works
Willpower - One which require willpower like resisting junk food , p o r n etc
Speed - Cardio at Gym , Meeting deadlines on time etc
So every activity u do , u get exp based on stat . Eg chest day on gym will give u say 6 exp on attack and 2 exp on armor ( passive ). Failure to do means u will lose exp.
