I know that for myself, my masturbation problem is linked to a porn addiction as well, ever since puberty and access to the internet.
I’m curious, how many in our community consider themselves porn addicts as well?
Anyone here who has a masturbation addiction who is not also addicted to porn?
Me porn addict. I could sit for hours brwosing with multiple tabs and crash the app. Not going to be that person anymore. Every day is a brick to build a new me

Before I start this journey I used to watch porn every day. I actually had an entire hard disk full of porn. Then I deleted it. My PC is currently porn free.
I’m still struggling with relapses every 10 days in average, but I considered myself over my porn addiction.
Im not addicted to masturbation but i was addicted to porn. Before going to university i used to watch porn on daily basis and i got no confidence and physical health. But when i joined university and started to stay at hostel this addiction started to lose, maybe it is because of social interactions and busy schedule and regular Gym. Last time i climbed upto 45 days. IA this time it will be 90.

But I was a masturbation addict from last 2 years .
I have relapsed 1 time in last 100 days and in these 100 days I haven’t watched porn .
I had watched porn on 22 march last time .
I consider myself a bigtime porn and masturbation addict…struggling for thr past 18 years…not that porns on my mind always…but it has altered my way of thinking and whenever frustrated or bored I turn on to porn and masturbation as my chill pill… difficult to do without it…
