I am 1/3 there. Completed 31 days. But not someone who can give tios. Infact I might need some tips myself . I am becoming more vulnerable and more drawn to PMO. But have hope that I will grow stronger.
Also, cold shower helps. First hand experience

I Peeked and kind of edged today but thankfully did’nt M or O.
Since I am practicing mindfulness I could literally feel regret and sadness for being stimulated by pixels and not a real woman. Although dealing with regrets is tough, it’s been a savior when it comes to PMO. I’ve planned to never PMO and work towards getting into a relationship.
It’s hardwork though.

Just made a lapse of judgement when I was online and have to reset my days. Although I’m pretty satisfied with a 4 week streak, will make it to 90 days soon
