An Everlasting No to PMO

Day 10 no PMO. I’ve been significantly more productive in my school work due to an increase in focus.

I’m feeling incredibly well with the progress. Day by day it feels like my conscious is being pulled out of my mind and creeps closer to reality. Or in other words, my clarity is increasing. Also, I’m just generally in a better mood.

Apparently the “No” wasn’t truly everlasting. I relapsed after 11 days. But 11 days is further than I usually get. Nevetheless, I’m still 24 days no P. I got too comfortable being on social media and seeing things that I shouldn’t be seeing, and that habit finally bit me in the ■■■.

I’m going to search for ways to replace and get rid of this habit, so it won’t cause this again. My spirit is still high, I know I can do this.

Thanks to everyone for showing your support and giving advice, I really appreciate it.

It sounds like you’ve made some real progress, and 11 days is a significant achievement! It’s completely normal to face setbacks on this kind of journey, but the key is that you’re reflecting, learning, and staying committed to your goal. Staying aware of triggers like social media is a great step, and finding healthier habits to replace the old ones can definitely make a difference. Your determination and positive mindset are huge assets in overcoming this. Keep focusing on your wins, no matter how small they seem, and keep pushing forward—you’re on the right track!

Day 3 no PMO. I’m doing a good job staying away from social media so far. It has reduced triggers to nearly 0.

Well my libido has been pretty high so I’m trying to keep my mind straight, which has been fairly easy in the absence of triggering content.
