I wanna go straight on my issues I am facing . My mind has become thoughtful again , thoughts arenāt stopping to arise , not able to meditate either . I noticed two things about this -

A few days ago when I had gone to my grandmaās house in the village , it is very open area . air passage is affluent . So even if you are inside the room whole day , you are not deprived of fresh air ++ I was like out of the world for those two days , didnāt worry about nothing and relaxed . Surprisingly , I did not face thoughtfulness then . I was able to sleep pleasantly and thoughts didnāt disturb me . But when I came back home and stayed in my room for a few hours , the same thing started to happen again and is still bothering me . Sounds weird but its true . (My room has a big window but it remains closed nowadays due to extreme heat outside and also the cooler is fitted so it canāt work without windows being closed).

or the problem might be my screen time , even if I am not using youtube/insta/discord or any other social media , I still spend a lot of screen time while studying and the power of my glasses has increased to as I can feel . Screen addiction has increased more in this addiction and my eyesight has become weak in this one month -_- .
idk what is causing this to happen but I have felt these two as the reasons in the past days . I will try to go out for morning walk and a small walk after the dinner . I was also thinking of keeping a small plant in my study table which which will produce oxygen and keep me fresh .
Besides all this , it can be because of my thinking too , the way I am overthinking about it .

I was off station again yesterday , we went to 5 places and met different people whom we hadnāt after coming to this city .
++ I wonāt be able to do heavy workout like cardio , legs , pushups and squats for 1 - 2 because I had a kind of mini - surgery on my left toeās thumb yesterday .
I will try some dumbells and stretching tho

Ok so thereās this workout domain called chair workouts or foot injury workouts, you can look for them on YouTube and give it a try. Itās pretty nice but only when you have a lower body injury.

no not the nail , a piece of glass sank deep inside my thumb and it started to create dead skin all around it , they made a cut in my thumb and took it out .

Well the surgery is done already. We can say all the best for the recovery.

++ It cannot even be considered as surgery . Was a kind of mini - surgery , they just injected anesthesia , made a cut and took out the piece of glass . Nothing else

Ummm , yeah I am alive . Idk what had happened to me for these 4 days , I was feeling unreal . Wasted time , was away from disciplines and was indulged in my own artificial world .
Now as it is 12 more days before reopening and I havenāt even completed half of my work , I am tensed as hell . To be honest , I wanted to be tensed as this is what that can make me serious about my work . I am back into reality after realization again . After successfully wasting 30 days yet I will consider as giving time to myself as healing .
Now , I have planned to complete my homework till 7th may and do a lil bit of preparation for school in the next 7 days .
I was so wasting time on laptop that I am formatting it while typing this , yeah , I am cleaning my whole laptop and now Iāll just keep 2 - 3 apps and all study materials , nothing else . I feel proud for it but wasted half a thousand rupees to get a drive to keep backup , not too proud of that one .

++ rewatched the film inception after years and now I doubt if my entire life is a dream .

Will do some work till 10 and then go to bed . I feel hard to wake up at 6 nowadays , idk what will I do when I will have to wake up at 5 for school ![]()
one thing I liked the most about mindfulness by Dr Phil is that it focuses on practicals and self - assessment . After every section , there are 2 - 3 exercises to test and understand your thoughts . Like - from where do they arise , what is the basic nature of the thought , how long does a thought last etcā¦

So , everything bad that could happen is happening with me
. I was already recovering from my thumb injury , suddenly now , I have jaw and teeth pain + digestion problems + memory issues as usual .
But bigger problem is , while the dentist was surveying my teeth , she found out that I have serious dental problem
, my teeth are wrongly placed all over , the upper jaw is in wrong direction and so is the lower one . If not treated now , it will cause serious problems in the future . So now , once I heal from my ulcers and all , Iāll go for a dental treatment (:
. Theyāll probably fit braces .
