Had a nightfall but I’m happy that I refused to watch it to make myself feel better. I refused to entertain thoughts too.
I didn’t have any erotic dream, just the ejaculation. Released the residual stress I had so it’s a win.

Hopefully I keep my this pattern going and move ahead and then I don’t have to give conscious effort to this and move ahead in my life.
