I watched a little but then quickly closed it. I was disgusted with myself. My reason is a bit different (and a little more personal).
Idk if that counts as a relapse but if it is then Iām out of the competition.
All these days I was really strict. I didnāt even let a small sexual thought into my mind. I never even touched my genitals (except for peeing of course ). But now Iām not that strong. As of today Iām feeling a lot better though and no urges at all. Next time Iām going for digital detox which completely locks my phone.
You do not have to touch even while peeing.
