2.Identify Your triggers , Be Concious About them And WHENEVER U FEEL LIKE DOING IT FOLLOW TIP 3 :see_no_evil::hear_no_evil::speak_no_evil:

3.DOWNLOAD AN APP (KEEP ME OUT, LOCK ME OUT ) FROM PLAY STORE OR APP STORE AND WHENEVER U FEEL LIKE DOING IT JUST SET A TIME PERIOD AND THE APP WILL SHUT YOUR MOBILE UNTILL THAT TIME GETS OVER. :sunglasses:

THESE THREE TIPS HAVE HELPED A LOT IN MY JOURNEY AND HOPE THAT IT HELPS U TO

It seems you’re a newbie. Welcome to the community. Start with setting a target of 3 days, then 7, 30 and then 90 days. Don’t just jump on to over ambitious goals. Set realistic goals and work on that. This goes to all the other guys as well who failed recently.

I’m not here to count days, but rather for some accountability.

Good tip @pronofap, I already use lock me out (great app!) from 22:00 to 7:00, because I only relapse in the evening and night, but I hadn’t thought of adding a one-time lockout to engage during urges.

My relapse trigger is definitely tiredness, but I also get urges after a period of stress, when I’m finally done with my work. I need to keep busy.

I look forward to seeing all of you during these 150 days, and I hope we can all learn a lot from these days. That’s the most important. Also, building up your willpower is important to achieve anything in life. Every resisted urge, no matter how small, is strengthening your willpower muscle.
