I always beaten by cheep pleasure. I know ever single thing but always fail and fail since 2 yrs after knowing about nofab. It’s to difficult for me becz of overthinking and over use of mobile phone.
Even I have wept many time. I hv some dreams and hv to make them possible.

I recently just relapsed after 38 days of hard mode. I know it’s tough to get back up and fight again. But you have to. Unless you want to stay addicted to porn for the rest of your life, you need to fight those stupid urges like your life depended on it. It’s the only way to beat this addiction. You got this man I believe in you!
