Blockers never really work so I don’t bother with them, what does work is something that will alert somebody when you watch porn. I still can’t seem to find what triggers me. I swear my brain just wants it sometimes without me even seeing anything. Staying busy, cold showers, getting into a focus state where you’re so focused you forget about urges, just finding something to work on that you’re really passionate about. Reading can help if you can focus. Don’t get too stressed, that’s my issue. Stay on top of work and anything that could make you stress if you wait too long to do it. Eating too much is pretty bad and can mess with your brain. Stay healthy, work out. All of these are things that I should do but I don’t. Basically stay busy but not enough to stress you out.

In my opnion porn blockers are good because if I don’t see any adult content I will not have urges
Well yeah, but my point was if you have an urge because of something like loneliness or literally just your thoughts then blockers won’t help you because if you want to get around it you can, having an accountability partner be notified if you watch it is what will actually stop you from watching it.
