I hate pornography i hate not being able to have sex with girls cause my d*ck won’t get up cause im way too used to my hand, and now im even addicted to transsexual and gay porn im thinking on suicide, i just want to stop having these urges and be able to live life like a normal guy, some help would be helpful.

I hear your pain brother, Porn is what it’s doing it too you, I’ve been reading Gary Wilson your brain on Porn,I recommend looking into this.
Please be strong my friend and it will only get better as you stop watching Porn,the reason why all of us guys are here is because of porn and it’s addiction.
And the way it messes with your brain can become so disgusting,but just remember it’s only temporary it will go away.
Redirect your brain on something else if you can.

1st u must start reading a self help book. Any book without any no fap content. So ur trigger is minimum. Try to find trigger and dont go for a week go for 1 day or as minimum as 10 hr see where u get trigger if u get the trigger because of the time is over then it would be ok we can work on that but if it because of boredom or loneliness we have work a different way let me know (My personal opinion)
