Definitely correct. It changes from person to person. Semen diacharge causes many problems. May be you have good hair. But may be you have weak eyesight. Slowly every problems will show. For some persons they have hairfall problems, for others eyesight problems, weakness, low confidence, problems in breathing. Back pain, joint problem, pimples on face.

Bro now your age?? Hardly 24 or 25. May be your eyes are okay. But after 40 you will see problems in your eyes if YOU CONTINUE THIS FAPPING. I AM 100% SURE.but his eyes donāt get sufficient nutrients I think so suddenly in this low age he got this problem. You may have hairfall problem may be back pain. May be any other problem.

2) take 8 to 9 hrs sleep.
3)Stop masterbation for 3 months constantly.
4)Donāt use your mobile in night time after 12 am.
5) do some exercise for eyes. Search in YouTube.
6) wash your eyes properly donāt touch it anytime.

Well I not have any ideas that masturbation leads to less vision , but continuous masturbation often makes my eyes red and after 2-3 days of abstinence , my eyes become normal white ā¦

I was told as a child that staring at a computer causes bad sight. Later it was said, that it is, because we cramp our eyes by staring on a close object. We should relax our eyes by staring into the distance. Later it was a study by china which showed that it is not the staring into the distance part but the amount of sunlight our eyes receive.
So does porn cause weak eyes? I would say, because of porn, you spend lots if time indoors staring at a screen while sitting in a cramped position instead of going outdoors and do some exercise.
ā is porn the culprit for bad sight and back pains? No, it is you sitting in front of a screen. I would assume many problems would not be so prominent if you would watch porn while running in a park (not to say that you should).
Just remember, we (including me) are a bunch of self-proclamed experts on the very top of the dunning kruger effect.

idk about the studies, i donāt believe in the studies ever since i heard the āprostate cancerā myth.
