Can someone tell me that is date of joining can be different for forum and app because both are seperate things?

Thats because you created an account in the app on dec 2020
Apr 2023 shows the date the first time , u have logged in this forum.

Or you are telling me we can make multiple accounts with same email?

Yes we can have multiple account on a single mail but only one account per mail at a time.
For eg , Assume an account name apple at apple@gmail.com. You cannot make another account for that same mail. But then you deleted your account , this will allow you to create a new account at apple@gmail.com.
Let assume the name of your new account is Orange. From the app perspective , it show the joining date of apple but on forum , It shows the joining date of Orange.
I believe that why if u are following me , you will see my name as risinglion123 instead of this name.

Got it. But I don’t think I deleted my previous account. Maybe mods did it for 2 years of inactivity.

Try to tag ur old account name to know whether its deleted or not
