A Reboot structured program (Entries closed)

Hey guys you would be thinking of what I am trying to do. Just like any other therapist. I came to know that a structure or having a plan definitely makes an impact. Rather than doing errors you got a nice structure where you already have all type of coping mechanism. And only by having a structure the chances of recovery increases utpo 75% . I want to use this psychology of our in benefit . Whereas other people charge so much I think I could help just by understanding little about psychology. And most importantly I am also trying it on me. Lets just see what happens

It’s not a game it’s not a challenge . It is a rewire program where I want to help myself and you. Thanks if you participate. And also enteries are for today as when there are too many people it creates a hassle environment.

Challenge will start from tomorrow. I have made a plan for 7 days . And if you guys say I would consider extending it.

Yeah I’ll tell you I am gonna give you tasks , microhabits to follow and daily self reflection task. You guys have to complete and report to me . Each day in the morning I’ll provide list of things you need to do.

We will start with changing mindset , then some causes of urges and lastly the sexual energy transmutation. Though the micro habits also helps in transmutation.

Day 1 Mindset change …

Writing
Firstly most important is finding your why? Write down why you want to do no fap and what you want yourself to be?
Your answer should not include only about benefits of no fap but also evil of porn

Microhabits :- Meditation, Exercise, Practicing gratitude, or you can pray to God.

Mindset
Your mindset for nofap shouldn’t consist of that I am doing it for benefits. But you should be doing it for the - very impact of porn in your life. Remember the instances.

After remembering these negative instances apply Easy peasy analogy really helpful to create mindset

1.There is nothing to give up, on contrary there are marvelous positive gains.

  1. Yes think that porn does nothing for you , harms you but you sacrifice your time, energy, virility, happiness for it. (Always during urge think that it only gives illusionary short term pleasure and above is the deal to which you agree)

3 Change your identity ( In the morning and night say to yourself you are a NON -PMOer) and give evidence to yourself for identity by removing urge , transmutation.

4 Whenever you provide evidence for your identity say that I provided evidence that I am a NON - PMOer.

Most inportant: leading a normal, innocent life again
I want to no fap since I have friends and a boyfriend who need me to be whole
I want myself to be beautiful, inside and out

Yes , inner beauty matters a lot . With this addiction negative feelings cripple us and we are suffering all that internally due to porn. So be free from this negativity and enjoy life. Also you can try talking to him more .

In the gallows of darkness beneath the mind of ours, there’s live a person chained inside with filth and darkness. And there’s our chance to break free and become the best version of ourselves as we living in this technology we lost the family values and learned the technology more.
