my (33, male) story in a few points is:
- watched porn since my late teens til my late 20’s pretty much daily and ended up with rather severe PIED
- then quit porn for 3.5 years, which gave me great erections again
- relapsed for 7 months
- rebooted for 1 month
- relapsed for 2 months
- rebooted for 3 months
- relapsed for 12 months up until today
- the plan is obviously to quit again
My main point of interest is if you guys think that the benefits from my long reboot of 3.5 years are pretty much lost - i.e. will another complete reboot likely take as long as the first one. I can’t recall exactly how long it took back then, but I reckon the flatline alone took way over 6 months. I assume all in all it took like 2 years or so.
I know that everybody is different, but maybe someone here has had a similar experience and is willing to give some insights.
