So does anyone know what to do about morning e******ns? Right now that and doing really tedious work are my primary source of urges. Supposedly getting out of bed should help but that doesn’t really work for me.
Hahah…good question. When i was beginner i used to have this.
So the best way to stop it is
- Drink less water before sleep.( Cause most of time we do have morning erection due to holding pee for long)
- Just jump from the bed. So the pressure to loose erection just to not show anyone will create loop in mind. You will loose it gradually.
Hold your breath for as long as you can
