Hey everyone, i am 20 year old, I am joining nofap from today, I try this many times before,now I have joined a gym and I am willing to quit this addiction again. My height is 6 feet 2 inch but my wight is 52, like I am too much skinny obviously beacuse of this addition. I want to look better again and I want to love and take care of myself.
